Event and ticket data: Hosts submit event details (title, date, location, description, images, ticket tiers, and agendas). Buyers submit purchase information including the email used at checkout. We record ticket sales, attendance status, and payment confirmations.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or banking details on our servers. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data under its own security standards.

Social and activity data: We store follows, friendships, direct messages, likes, reviews, ratings, saved events, and referral records you create through the Service.

Device and usage data: We may collect device identifiers, approximate location (only when you grant permission, such as for the event map or QR scanning), crash reports, and basic usage analytics to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To list, discover, and process ticket sales for events.
• To send event reminders, order confirmations, and support messages.
• To enable following, messaging, reviews, and other social features.
• To verify tickets at event entry using QR codes.

Sharing Your Information

We share data only as needed to operate the Service: with Stripe for payment processing, with email and notification providers to deliver messages, with hosting and analytics providers that support the platform, and when required by law. Public profile information (display name, handle, hosted events, and follower counts) is visible to other users. Private events and access codes are only shared with people you invite.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time from the app settings, and we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy
